After this we usually perform a more detailed Site Inspection.  We use the information gathered in a Site Inspection to help you to plan the future of your business systems requirements and prevent those unplanned “emergency” purchases that play havoc with even the best planned budgets.  We can also use this information to identify key areas that require immediate attention.  Another benefit is that you can use the information provided by a Site Inspection to keep your insurance policies up to date.  A Site Inspection consists of:

• An inventory of all hardware and software
• A Report on what is found and list versions and inventory
• A Report on Critical issues that need to be addressed immediately
•  A Report on mid level threat issues that should be addressed within 6 months to a year
• A Report on long term suggestions for existing and future work environment taking into consideration planned growth.
•  Costs incurred with the site inspection can be applied to the first month of any maintenance contracts
